Group Cancellation Policy
Group Reservations made under a group code or a group rate** Must be cancelled 72 hrs prior to arrival date (4:00 PM PST) to avoid a 1 night late-cancellation and/or no show charge and any applicable taxes and fees. For questions regarding changing or cancelling a group reservation please contact the Sales department at 714-971-5000 Ext. 403 ** Note: Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® and/or ARTS tickets, if purchased in conjunction with this reservation are not refundable after check-in. **Credit/Debit cards may be charged the full amount or authorized 1-night room charge and any applicable taxes and fees up to 72 hours prior to arrival date for purpose of reservation guarantee and a hold by your bank/credit institution may be placed on your available funds unless otherwise specified.
