We are happy to hold mail for your arrival. Please include the name of the guest and “hold for guest arrival” with your anticipated arrival date.

Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $23.40 including tax or $20.00 plus tax includes free inbound fax service, local phone calls, in room coffee and use of in-room safe. 

Resort Fee will be increased to $22.00 plus tax as of January 1,2024

Government issued I.D. and valid credit card must be presented at time of registration/check-in.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed with the exception of ADA service animals according to current ADA legislation.


Registered guests may park one passenger type vehicle per room rented. Oversize vehicle/trucks/trailers will be accommodated on a space available basis. Parking is included as part of the daily resort fee and no additional charge will be collected. Parking permits are issued to all registered guests and must be displayed on dashboard of parked vehicle.


Regular services for breakfast will not be offered for the time being. The hotel will supply a "Grab and Go" bag consisting of a packaged baked item, whole fruit, breakfast bar, bottled or boxed beverage and bottled water. Coffee and breakfast bags will be stationed at the front desk for distribution.


The Cortona Inn & Suites is conveniently located in the exciting Anaheim Resort and just 1-1/2 blocks to the Disneyland® Resort Parks. Also central to San Diego to the south and Los Angeles/Hollywood to the north. Located on the west side of Harbor Blvd., the hotel is nicely set back off the boulevard for a peaceful and pleasant stay, free of excessive road noise along busy Harbor Blvd.  Shuttle buses and tour buses stop curbside just next to the entrance of the hotel.  Airport shuttle vans are able to drive up to the hotel lobby for easy loading and unloading of guests and luggage. Full size coaches and ART shuttle will stop curbside on Harbor Blvd.

Anaheim Resort Transit - ART Shuttle

The ART shuttle is a convenient way to get to and from the Disneyland® Resort, Knott’s Berry Farm, Westfield Santa Ana Main Place Mall and other shopping areas and points of interest in Anaheim, Garden Grove, Buena Park and Santa Ana. For complete information please visit


Our Guest Coin Laundry is located in the north building on the second level. A coin machine and soap/laundry products are available.  Laundry is open from 9 am until 9 pm daily. Guests are asked to monitor their laundry for the consideration of other guests.

Dry Cleaning

Valet/Dry Cleaning service is available by an outside laundry service for a per item fee. Laundry turned in by 8 am will be returned to the hotel by 6 pm.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located throughout the hotel for your convenience.


Two ice machines are located on opposite ends of the hotel.  Ground floor ice machine is located in the corner of the south and west building and another ice machine is located in the alcove by the stairwell of the north and west building.


The Cortona Inn & Suites is a 100% non-smoking hotel.  We ask that the non-smoking signs be observed for the comfort of our current and future guests. For those guests that desire to smoke outside of the guest rooms and away from public areas, please contact the front desk for location of a designated smoking area. Cleaning Fees of up to $250 may be imposed for violation of our non-smoking policy.


24 Hour access to an Automatic Bank Teller Machine is located in the lobby.

Business Center

A 24-hour business center Kiosk is located in the lobby. A nominal fee applies for access. Printing is also available for a small fee.

Lobby Hours

Lobby/Reception is open 24 hours per day 7 days a week. In house guests can dial "0" from their room to speak with a Guest Services Agent.


The Cortona Inn & Suites features a sparkling heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Pool hours are from 9 am to 10 pm daily. Pool towels are provided. Tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaise lounges are located around pool. Please refrain from bringing glass bottles/drink ware to the pool area for the safety of others. No lifeguard on duty.  Children are not to be left unattended.

Anaheim Restaurants

Restaurants are located throughout the Anaheim Resort with many within walking distance.

Restaurants within walking distance include: Agio Ristorante (located in the Doubletree Suites, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Mortons,  Denny’s and IHOP.
Restaurants located at the Shops at GardenWalk include: The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s,  McCormick & Schmick’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Fire & Ice Grill & Bar.
Fast food restaurants are located just south of the hotel on Harbor Blvd. and are also within walking distance, including Broadway Pizza, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s Pizza. Ask about hotel delivery.

Credit Cards/Debit Cards

Credit cards are required upon check in. Cortona Inn & Suites accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Debit cards are accepted. Guests using a Debit card should contact the card issuer prior to departing for Anaheim to inquire about using debit cards and pre-authorizations at hotels and how these authorizations affect their available funds. Credit/Debit cards will be authorized for the estimated total amount of room and tax charges including Resort Fee plus a daily incidental fee of USD $50.00 per day. Actual charges incurred are billed to the credit/debit card upon check out and departure. Cash Deposits/payments may be accepted in lieu of credit card. Contact Hotel for minimum cash deposit requirements.

About pre-authorization.

1. What is a pre-authorization?
When you make a reservation, there may be instances where the hotel will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen. At this time, they may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorization of the full amount of your reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge. The time at which your card will be charged will depend on the terms and conditions of your booking.

2. What’s the difference between a pre-authorization and an actual charge to my credit card?
Pre-authorizations are common but are often confused with actual charges. While in-store purchases are immediately charged and deducted from your available balance, pre-authorizations are temporary holds. The length of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise how they handle this.

3. How will I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
Your available balance will be reduced temporarily by the full amount of your reservation. You may also see “pending transactions” on your credit card account summary. If you’re not sure if your card has been pre-authorized, both the hotel and your credit card company can verify this.

4. How long will the pre-authorization hold affect my available balance?
Your card provider can better explain this, along with the general terms and conditions associated with their pre-authorization procedures. These terms vary across the board, so it’s best to contact them for specific details.

5. Will the hold always equal the exact amount of my reservation?
In most cases, the hotel will pre-authorize your card for the full amount of your reservation. On occasion, you may see an amount slightly higher than the rate shown on If this does happen, the hotel can explain why this has occurred.

6. Do all bookings made through the hotel website require credit card pre-authorization?

We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card. If the pre-authorization results in an extended hold on your available credit, both the hotel and your credit card company may be able to assist by removing these holds sooner.

7. Is there a fee to book through the hotel's website?

No, reserving your hotel room through is always free.

Do Not Disturb

A Do Not Disturb Sign is provided in your room for your convenience. To ensure privacy, please place the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of your door. Keep in mind housekeeping will observe a Do Not Disturb sign on doors. If you plan to depart your room and desire housekeeping service, please be sure to remove the Do Not Disturb sign.

Baggage Storage

A secure baggage storage room is available for arriving and departing guests for secure storage of personal belongings.  Items are tagged for proper identification. This service is complimentary. Please contact a Guest Service Agent for more information.

Tours and Tickets

Disneyland® Resort tickets and organized tours of popular Southern California attractions can be purchased/reserved by visiting our Guest Service Agents in the lobby.  They will be more than happy to organize and assist you with your tour and ticket needs.

Grocery Stores

Grocery stores are located nearby. Nearest to the hotel is Vons (Safeway) on the corner of Chapman Ave. and Haster St. in Garden Grove. Target also has a full service grocery department and is located just south of the hotel on Harbor Blvd.

Gift Shop

A gift shop is located in the lobby of the hotel.  Gift shop offers a variety of snacks, juices, water, soda, chips, candy, souvenirs, and clothing, luggage and health and beauty items. Hours are from 8 am to noon and from 5 to 9 pm, 7 days a week.


In order to minimize contact and human exposure, housekeeping services will not be provided for guests staying less than 4 nights. For guests with long term stays (greater than 4 nights), housekeeping will be arranged upon arrival to ensure the cleaning is completed with no guest presence for you and our colleagues safety. Rooms have been stocked with extra amenities, and additional amenities are available upon request by calling the hotel operator. All amenities will be dropped off at your door in a contactless manner. For your convenience, additional trash bags are available in your guestroom. Please place trash bags outside your guestroom door by 12 noon for contactless pickup.

Removal from Hotel / Refusal of Service

In compliance with and subject to applicable law, Cortona Inn & Suites hotel may refuse service to (including without limitation via this website, hotel accommodations, food and beverage service, and/or meeting or event attendance), disable access to this Site, and/or remove one or more individuals from a hotel’s premises for non-discriminatory reasons, including, without limitation, when, as determined by Cortona Inn & Suites hotel , an individual or group:

• Violates this Site’s or a hotel’s policies;

• Engages in unwelcome or offensive behavior, disorderly or harassing conduct, or conduct that disrupts this Site, a hotel’s guests, employees, or vendors, or interferes with or disrupts the operation of the hotel;

• Creates, threatens to create, or appears likely to create a dangerous situation or engages in behavior that is or appears to threaten the safety or security of a hotel or a hotel’s guests, employees, or vendors;

• Obtains or accessing accommodations under false pretenses;

• Fails or refuses to pay hotel charges for accommodations, products, or services; or

• Violates any applicable local, state/provincial, or federal/national law or regulation.
